A short film created as part of the Culture Counts project, a creative research project developed by Orleans House Gallery in partnership with Arts Council England’s Creative Services Programme. The film was commissioned to explore what culture means to young people with disabilities in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, and was used as a starting point for planning improvement of delivery of cultural opportunities in the borough.
